“I’m very pleased with the renovations Brookview Homes recently completed in my condo unit in downtown Toronto.  Brookview’s principals, Paul and Arden, are professional, communicate clearly and in a timely manner, pay tremendous attention to detail and are committed to high quality results and satisfied customers.

I selected Brookview Homes based on the recommendation of a friend and after meeting with several contractors.  The project included installing coffered ceilings with lighting throughout the condo; replacing and refinishing flooring; gutting and renovating the master bathroom; and framing and installing antique pocket doors. 

From the outset I was impressed by Brookview.  At our first site meeting, Paul and Arden reviewed the job, listened to my questions and ideas and provided practical suggestions.  The Project Proposal that followed was detailed and covered everything we had discussed.  Later, I made numerous additions to the scope of the project, and Paul and Arden suggested approaches that were practical and cost efficient.  The changes were agreed to in writing, so that the project parameters were always clear.  The payment schedule was transparent and fair.  I was able to keep up to date via an app, a designated chat group and prompt response times.

The quality of work performed by the Brookview team and the sub trades was exemplary - the stonework, plumbing, electrical, drywall and finishing crews all took those extra steps to elevate the project.  Condo corporation requirements were always followed, and the site was kept clean and protected.
